Reiki Level 1 Training (Usui Reiki)
Reiki Level 1 is an immersive initiation into energy awareness, self-healing, and conscious presence. This foundational training opens you to the Reiki current through attunement, while teaching you how to work with energy safely, intuitively, and with integrity.
Designed for beginners and the deeply curious alike, this experience focuses on self-Reiki first — supporting your own nervous system, emotional balance, and inner clarity before extending the practice to others. You’ll learn the history and principles of Usui Reiki, how to sense and work with energy, and how to offer hands-on Reiki treatments for yourself, loved ones, and plants.
More than a certification, this training is a personal reset — an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with your innate healing capacity. Expect a blend of teaching, experiential practice, guided meditation, and space for integration.
This training is for you if you are seeking:

No prior experience is required — only an open mind, a willing heart, and curiosity.
Training will take place March 24th with a choice of two session times -
1st Option: 10am-1pm (Great for those with a day off , evening shifts and/or with kids at school)
2nd Option: 6pm-9pm (Great for those who work or go to school during the day and would need an evening option)

Reiki Level 2 Training (Usui Reiki)
Reiki Level 2 is a deepening of your relationship with the Reiki current and your role as a conscious channel for healing. This level expands your energetic literacy, strengthens your intuition, and introduces tools that allow Reiki to move beyond time, space, and physical proximity.
In this training, you’ll receive the Level 2 attunement and be introduced to Reiki symbols and their applications. You’ll learn how to work with mental and emotional patterns, offer distance Reiki, and refine your ability to sense, direct, and trust energy with greater clarity and confidence. You will also receive a manual.
Level 2 is often experienced as a personal recalibration — bringing awareness to subconscious habits, energetic boundaries, and the ways your inner state influences the field around you. The focus remains on integrity, presence, and embodied practice, supporting you in offering Reiki in a way that feels grounded, ethical, and sustainable.
This training blends teaching with hands-on practice, guided journeys, and space for reflection and integration. It is suitable for those who feel called to deepen their personal practice, support others more intentionally, or begin offering Reiki in a professional or semi-professional setting.
